In-Person
Attend in Budapest and participate in all onsite conference activities, including networking events, workshops, tutorials, and social events (as eligible).
Access to the Virtual Platform is also included as eligible.

Virtual
Participate online with access to the virtual conference platform and access to view all in-person plenary and oral session as well as the online virtual presentations included with your registration. (as eligible)

 

Student (upload your current Student ID or college letter showing active student role)

All accepted Main Conference, Findings, Computational Linguistics (CL), Transactions of the ACL (TACL), Industry Track, Demo, and Workshop papers must be registered to present and the applicable Paper Registration Fee paid by the Paper Presentation Registration Deadline to remain in the conference program and proceedings.
Exceptions:
- Accepted Findings papers that are not being presented are not required to pay the Paper Presentation Registration Fee and will remain in the proceedings. If a findings author is attending but not presenting you must register to attend the conference.
- A Shared Task Workshop Author must register to attend but are not required to register their papers to present.
At least one author or designated presenter must use a qualifying conference registration to register the paper(s) for presenation.
The Conference Registration Fee and Paper Presenter Registration Fee are separate fees.
The Paper Presenation Registration Fee covers:

  • 1–2 accepted paper: US$200 In-Person/US$100 Virtual
  • 3rd accepted paper: US$100 In-Person/US$50 Virtual
  • 4th accepted paper: US$100 In-Person/US$50 Virtual
  • 5th accepted paper: US$100 In-Person/US$50 Virtual
  • 6th accepted paper: US$100 In-Person/US$50 Virtual

A single qualifying conference registration may be used to register a maximum of six (6) accepted papers.
Every accepted paper must be registered by the Paper Presentation Registration Deadline.
The presenting author or designated presenter may complete their personal conference registration after the Paper Presentation Registration Deadline, provided the paper has already been registered using a qualifying conference registration.
Papers that are not registered by the Paper Presentation Registration Deadline will be removed from the conference program and proceedings. Documentation will be required if your presentation did not take place
